Redding, when asked about her favorite products, said, “My favorite products to carry in the store are the handmade products that we carry because they are all unique and different and made with love.” They carry a large selection of handmade products to include pottery, handbags and more.
Statesboro Mercantile came to be when Redding saw a need for a particular store like this one. “I saw a need for the community to have access to unique, high-quality goods from small businesses around the USA so I strived to create a place just for that. I hope that people have a positive experience every time they enter our store,” said Redding. The store hopes to expand to carry more locally sourced goods in the future.
